Hosted Services First Logon

When first using Hosted Services two pieces of software may need installing.

To get online

  1. Open your browser to
  2. Hover your mouse over Customer and then click Hosted Applications
  3. A login screen will be displayed which will immediately be replaced by a Download Client screen
  4. Click Download Now and then click Run
  5. Click Next through the Installation screens until the Propalms Client has been installed
  6. On the Internet Explorer window click the Log On option
  7. If your Anti-Virus product asks for verification then please allow the programs to access the Internet. It could happen several times during the next few steps.

To improve printing you may want to install our Uniprint service

  1. Open your browser to
  2. Hover your mouse over Customer and then click Downloads
  3. Click on Uniprint Client Installation and choose to Download and then Run this program
  4. Through the installation do not change any of the options and choose Next on each screen
  5. Once installation has been completed restart your machine
  6. Log on to Hosted Services as normal and a new printer option will be available to you called Uniprint
  7. Using Uniprint means that a print will be routed to your PC as a PDF file and you will have the option to save or print this.

Hosted Services Application Launch

To logon onto Hosted Services and access your applications please follow these instructions;

  1. Enter your userid which is in the format UNNNSSSSF (where U is a prefix, NNN is your company number, SSSS is the first four characters of your Surname and F is the first character of your First name).
  2. Enter your password.
  3. This will take you to a Favourites screen where most of your Applications are available to you. Select the Application you wish to run with a SINGLE click of the left button and this application will now launch.
  4. It should take less than a minute to launch your application as it will assess your PC's files and printers to make these available to you while online. 
  5. If your application is not available on the Favourites page then it may be available on the Applications page.
  6. The Options page allows for a change in how this software operates and interacts with your PC. For instance you may want certain icons to be available on your desktop and these options are available from the Options page
